Not included:
Theft and loss are excluded from CARE.

Submit claim:

With 1 Year CARE it is possible to make up to 2x a claim. So for only €40 extra you have had up to 3 tablets.

At 2 Years CARE it is possible to file a maximum of 3x a claim. So for only €70,- extra you have had up to 4 tablets.

If a claim is submitted, the current (apparently no longer working properly) tablet must be sent 

For this you will receive a refurbished Kids Tablet (LITE, SMART or PRO, depending on the model you ordered).
